Glendale Discount Bookings with Tourism Bookings

The hotel staff was polite and informative, parking was good, I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into and I feel this is important for other travelers to know, it does cost to park bit it is in line with other la hotels. We like other hotel chains that offer free breakfast, this hotel did not offer free breakfast. I can't stress this enough, but the bed situation ruined it for us we have a family of 4 and were not comfy at all in the beds. I am sure if it was just 2 of us in a king my review would have been 10/10.

Glendale is the place to stay at if you’re going to Universal or the Rose bowl. its in the middle of both places. We went to a concert at the Rose Bowl and the hotels there where very expensive because of the event so we stayed in Glendale and it was awesome, clean, convenient and safe. We stayed across the street from the Americana mall and it’s beautiful, lots of restaurants and designer stores (gucci, Tiffanys, YSL)

We loved Glendale ! Vert clean and upmarket...lots if lovely bars,cafes,shops,cinemas...something for evety age.... There were fountains and piped music which added to the ambience whilst relaxing drinking a coffee... Galleria shopping mall packed with excellent shops was nearby...also a Target so handy for last minute items... Glendale is a definite must visit option...

Went there for work. Not impressed. Glendale is old, busted, and trampled. Wouldn’t have gone if not for the job. Can’t recommend any place to eat. No favourite place in Glendale except the freeway onramp out of town. Difficult to get around and I would avoid Glendale in the future.

Location was excellent! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable so were the pillows! Quiet rooms! Staff was the best! Even the Staff of house keeping were very friendly and so accommodating! Restaurants within walking distance, or within a 5 min drive! Shopping was super close and the highway access on and off was within a block of the hotel! Love the retro feel of the hotel and Glendale City itself, retro and fun! Drawbacks...no microwave in the room ...only in the lobby. Coffee in rooms was instant only. Also, access to the TV was putting your home info in to watch the TV.. so it was good we were to tired to watch TV when we got back to hotel in the evenings and didn't need a TV!! But otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Glendale Express!! Loved the front desk staff! Big shout outs to Bonny and Alex!!

Reception folks were rude, and were not authorized to do anything for the customer without consent of Manager, which, of course, was not available and did not authorize calling them. Scam tactic resulting in zero customer satisfaction. They simply did not care one way or another, except when to the $100 deposit in which they have in writing that they are not responsible in returning cash deposit. In other words, unless you ask and ask for a printed receipt, they are under no obligation to say anything about returning it to the customer. Found this especially appalling.
