Yoga outside under the Spanish Moss! First time for both hubby and I doing Yoga, but Adee made it quite easy!

The standing portion of KT’s yoga class was great but the unforgettable part was when we went to our mats and stretched while looking up at the live oaks hanging overhead. It was the best ending to a yoga class and made for a grateful start to the day.
