Meet your captain at this boat ramp listed, there is ample free parking. He will have the boat in the water and be located near the boat ramp.
Captain will go over the days itinerary and get you familiar with the boat before heading out.
When the duration of your trip is completed the captain will return this same location.

Depending on the time of the year, we do fish around the Presque Bay State Park. What a great state Park, highly recommend on your visit to take a drive through it's free.

We quite often go in for lunch on full days, it's relaxing and the food is great. Not to mention a cold drink to celebrate a big fish! If you're interested just let your captain know in the morning, so he can plan the day accordingly.

We had a terrific time. Captain did a great job keeping us comfortable and helping us catch a lot of fish. The boat was clean and comfortable. We’re looking forward to going again soon

Captain Mark is a fantastic guide. He was super focused on providing us with the best possible bass fishing experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and his boat is great too. My son and I couldn't have been happier. Thanks Captain Mark! We can't wait to come up to Erie and go fishing with you again!

When we booked this small mouth trip we were apprehensive as there were some storms popping up and humidity was bad several days prior. We knew small mouth are primarily active in colder water but being "locked up" for Covid so long we were willing to take a chance. Bite was slow as expected but Mark knows where these fish are hiding! We has a great time catching and losing all that we did. I was impressed how quickly he was getting the fish back into the water untraumatized after pictures taken as we are big on catch & release. Other than 4 & 5 lb small mouth, we also caught drum and walleye. All fights were fun as they were down deep in the warm water. Already looking into going back maybe in Oct with Capt Mark.

Regarding my last trip for Smallmouth on Lake Erie May 30 2020! Had a fantastic time. I have been with Mark a number of times. My son from N Carolina. My son from Pittsburgh and my nephew Justin from Erie. All were excellent. But last Tuesday May have been the best. I say this because I wanted to show my old college roommate from the 60’s a great smallmouth day. Mark made it happen. He works so hard for all of his clients. I wanted my best friend to experience a great smallmouth nite and fight. Mark put us on fish from almost the beginning. He showed my friend, Bill Dunbar how to fish a fluke. And he was 3 fish ahead of me Mark also is so good at pointing out the fish and Bill was amazed by how much Mark knows. I swear I think he can smell those fish. A fun guy who really WANTS TO MAKE HIS CLIENTS HAPPY, teach them and is a fun guy who puts everyone at ease and also makes it a fun and knowledgeable experience. I will be with him again when my son trip comes back from Pittsburgh!!

Fish were slow to bite but captain Mark found them and put us on them. Talked my son through presenting the lure to a nice female we could see in 8’ of water guarding her bed. As he said, she took it, gave a fight, leaping a couple feet from the water, but he kept the line tight and landed her with his good net help. Happened just like he said it would. Caught more nice 2-3 lb small bass With his guidance than we might have Otherwise for sure. Beautiful, calm, glass smooth Water day on Lake Erie. Enjoyed it. Thanks Cap’n!

What an amazing trip. We caught so many fish our arms hurt from reeling in monster bass. I highly recommend Mark. He had us on huge bass all day long. I was impressed with how we were able to stay in one basic area of the lake. We fished that area and caught fish all day long. We didn't spend half the trip fishing and the other half on a boat ride trying to catch fish. We were on large fish the entire day!

I have fished lake erie for small mouth bass with Capt Mark Rose a number of times now. This last 2 day trip was again awesome. We fished a number of different places with various techniques and caught big smallies both days. Not only did I catch big smallmouth but I also caught largemouth bass, rock bass and white bass not to mention a large drum. Mark is an exceptionally knowledgeable and personable guide that i highly recommend.
