Hilton Heads Black SparrowÂ Pirate Ship is an attraction you must experience. Our ship the "Black Sparrow" was constructed specifically for our kids pirate cruise. Join our Pirate Crew and embark upon a hunt for treasure off the coast of Hilton Head Island.Â

Â All the excitementÂ starts at the dock as we transform the kids into real pirates with face paint, tattoos and a real sash to wear. Everyone will get a Pirate name as well as learn how to walk and talk like a pirate then climb aboard the Black SparrowÂ and set sail for 90 minutes in search of the Pirate Booty. Â Searching for Treasure is never easy, so you will need to man the water cannons and defeat Smelly Sam to get the key to the Treasure. Â

We've got a map that leads to the sunken treasure chest, but Smelly Sam, the islands smelliest pirate knows about it too and he stole the key! The race is on to find Smelly Sam and get the key back before he steals the treasure. Â Once we find him, our new crew will have to man the water cannons and blast Smelly Sam until he gives us the key. Â When the kids beat Smelly Sam, there is singing and dancing on board the ship andÂ every one of our pirates gets a share of the Booty to take home to celebrate.Â

My two boys (5 and 3) experienced the Pirates of Hilton Head cruise on 7/31/21. It was such a great time! The crew does a wonderful job of including everyone in on the fun - even the adults that come along! It’s clear they enjoy doing this every day, it showed in the way they interacted with each other. The boat ride is smooth so there is no concern for sea sickness while on board. We even saw dolphins on our trip. The kids loved blasting Stinky Pete with the water cannons and are still talking about the whole thing weeks later. I can’t recommend this cruise enough for young kids and parents!

This was our third time on this adventure in the last 3 years! Our daughter (now 4) loves this activity and this trip was no different! From Captain Bones to the two ship mates to my daughter's favorite Stinky Pete (a former Marine) all are wonderful at interacting with the Parents and Kids! Make plans for this activity if your at HHI! We always go early, you avoid crowds and the heat!

This was without a doubt the most fun thing we did with our grandchildren when they came to visit. It was fun for grandparents, parents and kids. Loved blowing Stinky Pete into the water!!! They actually bring up a treasure chest and let the kids choose their booty. I’d say it’s for ages 10 and under.

A Living Social/Groupon value!!!! Brought our 8yr old granddaughter on this excursion where she was greeted with a Flag (signed by the crew), an eye patch and bandana! Loved every minute from beginning to end!

Our entire family had a great time with Captain Ben and Squirt on a sunset cruise today. Saw lots of dolphins, toured the area and got to shoot the water cannons! Highly recommend for a fun family event.

This is an experience! Our 10 and 8 year old absolutely loved each moment of this adventure. From our arrival, to the naming, tattooing, sailing, and shooting to get the treasure back, there is never a dull moment. We would highly recommend! As for parents, it is so fun to watch, but bring your water and wear sunscreen because it is hot.

It was good fun and well done. The 8-10 crowd was a little bored, it seemed. My suggestions to the Pirates: dress out a little more "pirate". The captain was really in costume. Parents, it might help to "prime the pump" before hand to get the kids really hyped and into the pirate mood. When you check in, you will be asked to buy a head wrap $5, a nerf sword $5, etc. There are vests and sashes to borrow. The kids and most parents are in the sun the whole time. It was really fun for all.

The boat and pirate 🏴‍☠️ crew were all great and did a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged. They were inclusive to all the kids regardless of the age and they made them all feel like they were part of the crew. The treasure at the end was the best part
