The next stop on the itinerary is the majestic view from the top of Pikes Peak. This peak was also known as Sun Mountain by the Ute people and El Capitan by Spanish explorers, but it was later named after the explorer Zebulon Pike. It is also known as Americaâ€™s Mountain because the magnificent vista at the top inspired the lyrics of â€œAmerica, the Beautiful.â€ The mountain stands at 14,115 feet and is the tallest mountain in the southern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. As you stand at the summit, you will have a beautiful view of Colorado Springs and the rest of the Rocky Mountain range. With the right conditions, you will see for miles, enjoying all the natural beauty.

After descending from the mountain, our tour continues in Manitou Springs, a small resort town to the west of Colorado Springs. The town was founded in the late 1800s to be a health spa centered on the eight natural mineral springs in the area.

The Garden of the God's was amazing. We did not see much of Pikes Peak due to weather and I was surprised that there was no partial refund because of this. This wasn't the tour I booked in the first place. I got a call the day before telling me not enough people signed up for the tour I booked but this one was available and it was superior. The tour guide did her best I guess and took us to a cute town but it wasn't the tour I paid for so I feel like the company should have given some kind of refund. I wouldn't book with this company again.

We booked a team building/business trip during our stay in Denver, CO. Michelle was our tour guide. She was 100% TOP NOTCH. She arrived promptly, gave us detailed/valuable information about our excursion. Michelle was funny, very informative, and concerned about our well being during the entire trip. Having 11 people in our group, I can’t imagine that’s an easy task to do - but she succeeded without fault. Such a great personality and spirited soul…AND a great driver! We laughed and cut up all while checking out some beautiful Colorado scenery. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!!

We had a great time with Michelle who guided us to Garden of Gods and Pike’s Peak and who also found us a secluded and beautiful lunch spot. I definitely would recommend this tour!

My boyfriend wanted to see the nature side of Denver so we picked this full day tour to pikes peak and it was amazing experience. Our tour guide was awesome very informative and excellent driver . Our group was very friendly and we all became well acquainted and had lots of laughs along the day. It was worth every penny !
