  This tour is personalized so we had a customized tour around the historic area. We had a history focus so we drove through some of the less travelled places. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience and highly recommended.

  It was a wonderful experience. Being picked up at Casa Monica instead of where the trolley normally picks up alone was worth the money. No 3 hour waits in line, no crazy crowds and no hassle. Our driver Eric was on time, in fact he was 15 minutes early. He was very friendly and very professional. He was funny and very interactive with us throughout our trip. There was so much traffic and so difficult to maneuver through the areas because of the amount of people and cars. I have been coming to see the lights for over a decade. I have never seen as many people as there was that night. It was almost scary. People and cars were everywhere. It could have ruined our trip to be stuck in traffic, but Eric told us he was going to do a different tour to see some hidden gems and in doing so avoiding getting stuck in traffic and he was right. We went down some neighborhood streets and found some really lovely displays include the most incredible display on Bridge street. It was amazing!!! He made jokes, sang along with us, and really listened to what we wanted to improve our experience. For example, a song came on and my 12 year old son exclaimed that it was his favorite Christmas song. Eric immediately responded “oh then we should crank it up!” He raised the volume making us laugh and delighting my son. We sang even louder. Laughing all the way. But the most important point is that not only did he drive incredibly safely, he waved and thanked every single driver that allowed us to merge into the lane saying thank you. There was an incident when we were patiently waiting at a light to turn to San Marco st, when a red go cart from a different company came from behind us and drove up onto the sidewalk with at least 15 people on the cart. I was shocked and appalled that the other driver would do someone so incredibly unsafe. His passengers thought it was funny and they laughed and cheered, but I thought what they did was incredibly unsafe. They drove more than 100 feet on the sidewalk until they disappeared from my view. I immediately panicked thinking Eric was going to follow along. I commented to Eric that I couldn’t believe what that driver just did. Eric said not to worry, he was not going to do that. I know he was telling the truth because he never shifted the steering wheel or made any move to turn onto the sidewalk. So it wasn’t because of my concern, he is a safe driver did not even consider doing something so stupid. We patiently waited for the light and I was very grateful. Eric was really wonderful. He even helped to delight me. We have been coming to see the lights for many years, but I have only seen the two hidden colored lights that is part of the lights once in all of my years. Eric had found them and help us to see them by giving us clues. To not only see the red bulb lights after so many years was incredible and most importantly, my family have never seen them. So it’s was thrilling to finally see them. Thank you so much Eric for helping us to create so many wonderful memories. See you next year!

  Excellent tour guide that offered great historical perspectives, good restaurants/tours and encouraged questions. The small vehicle allowed us to explore the side streets that held many unique light displays

  My mother-in-law loves the lights, but physically isn't able to walk the distance to see most of them. This enabled her to see much more than we would have if we'd even attempted to walk...while enjoying the hot chocolate I brought with a blanket on her lap. We encountered unexpected traffic due to a concert and our tour guide re-routed and still allowed us to have a great experience!

  Not as good as expected. Covered part of main strip and dark side streets to see a few well lit homes. Repeated a few streets. Poor sound system; cart was a little crowded and uncomfortable seats for bumpy side streets. Loved the 3D glasses. Guide didn’t offer any historical commentary.

  Such a wonderful time under the lights and enjoying the history of St Augustine. Andy was a great guide!!!

  We had a private tour to see the night of lights. The driver, Andy, was exceptional. He drove us all over the town, including parts of the town you would never see. We are a group of senior citizens and he went out of the way to make sure we safely got where we needed to go. I would highly recommend this tour.

  Andy was an excellent tour guide - very knowledgeable and made our tour fun at the same time! It was a good time for a wide range of family members - age 8 to 75.

  Cali made our reservation. She was most professional, thouroughl! Elaine, our guide, was wonderful! Cheerful, positive, knowledgeable, prompt! We enjoyed our "Night of Lights" experience! BEAUTIFUL!
