We enjoyed seeing the island. Our guide, Paul, was so friendly, courteous, attentive, informative, and devoted to showing us a good time experiencing his home. By the end of the day, we felt like we had made five new friends, and appreciated the history of Hawaii.

Booked online. Received a confirmation email the day prior to our scheduled tour. Bus didn’t show up. Called the listed reservation phone number and the operator (Junka) told us she couldn’t find our reservation.

Great tour and awesome tour bus driver and guide Mr. Kenneth. We tour the sacred burial ground of priests; the temple and the water falls. We had dinner on the north shore.

They need to be sure they have a sound system in every bus so people in the back can hear as well as the people in the front. That much was awful. The driver kept a running conversation with one lady and one couple in the front, ignoring rest. He spoke up once but then continued the rest of the tour with the low tone again. We did not know what some of the stops were, we did not see everything as advertised and should get somE of our money back. The driver tried to get us to forget the pineapple plantation and go eat. We said we paid for that too and insisted we go there. Don’t do this tour

The tour was terrible it started off with us having to switch out buses bc something was wrong with ac after we got a new bus we no longer got to see that attraction and had to deal with a driver who was complaining the whole rest of the time. Then we had to remind the driver of stops and ask for info it wasn’t provided. He spoke very poorly about México which is where My family is from and made us feel very uncomfortable along with another mexican couple. The last stop that we were suppose to go to he arrived 10 min to late and we were not allowed inside. All in all it was a terrible experience and not worth what I paid for it at all I would not recommend this tour in the least bc you don’t get what you pay for at all unless you just want to stop at a fruit stand and get lunch. We where gone from 9:30 am - 7:10 pm and was a complete waste of a day in Hawaii.

We totally enjoyed the scenic stops, Byodo-In Temple, Punch Bowl Cemetery drive thru, and Dole Plantation. We stopped at a small shop that was very nice. We didn't need to stop at the fruit stand. We wish more time was allotted for the Dole Plantation to go on the train and enjoy the Maze. Dinner was delicious too. No negatives on this trip. Kenny was an awesome tour guide with great information and side stories.

We did the Oahu tour. The good, the tour guy was super nice and he was very knowledgeable of his culture and everything related to it. The bad, the tour advertised the Dole pinnacle company and the Diamond head look out witch was the two main reason we booked this tour and we didn’t get to see neither of them. We left at 9:30 so maybe they need to leave early then that also is nice that they offer lunch but we wasted too much time on that. I would have rather eat a fast easy sub sandwich but get to all the stops, or maybe don’t offer lunch and the guess can buy their own and just gave us like 1 hour to eat or so that way we can make all the stops or a least the main ones that tourist want to see.

We paid $675 to stop at the Dole gift shop for 20 minutes and get a $15 lunch I could have gotten at any chain restaurant. Then we stopped 2 times for pictures that’s it I was so looking forward to this and apologized to my family the whole time. What a total waste of money and total disappointment. Also the speaker on the bus was broken so he couldn’t use his microphone so it was a tour in pretty much silence. I have never written a negative review but I wasted a lot of money and time in paradise on this trip. I would give a 0 star but the driver was a super nice guy.
