I’m sure the edge attraction is great however when we arrived it was closed due to fog. That’s fine we would have come back another day but Viator said tough we’re taking your money and not rescheduling. Oh and thanks for the booking !!!!

The views were amazing. But, be forewarned, if you buy from a 3rd party such as Viator, all sales are final and can't change. We were supposed to go yesterday, and while standing in line to go up, were told that visibility was zero and no one was being allow on the open deck. At the Edge, they were willing to give a one time alternate ticket for the next day, but only if you bought your ticket from them. If you bought from a 3rd party holder, one had to contact them to change. Started a chat with Viator and they never engaged. Not good. Luckily the people at Edge gave us a card to allow us to come the next day. Thank you. But Viator was unresponsive.

we decided to do this high event rather than the empire state or the others . it is modern well organised and also had a great shopping mall . wow what an experience , especially standing over the glass floor . highly recommend .

Was very nice, but due to heavy winds couldn't get to go out to the deck. But the it's very beautiful, I would do this in the summer. Look out for the weather

It was a beautiful view. One of the greatest. But people or staff were kind a rude. I guess is expected in New York City. Not everyone is kind of nice but overall it was a beautiful view you just have to get used to people not being nice in New York
