Our guide Dennis was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and personable and so accommodating in taking us to what we wanted to see (Badlands, Custer, Mt Rushmore and surrounding areas). We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Our guide, Laken, was fantastic! She was informative, listened well, and was very kind and professional. We had a wonderful, memorable day with her, seeing things we hadn’t even known existed(Needles Highway in Custer State Park). There would have been far less anxiety had Viator apprised us of pick-up time and location before 5:00 the day been. We left several messages for the “tour operator”, who never returned a single call. I had used Viator for three other tours, but this produced a lot of anxiety and bad feelings, so it may be the last….

Lakin was a delightful guide, so knowledgeable and personable. We loved our time in the Badlands and the opportunity to walk around and explore. This is a great way to see the sights if you have only one day. Mt Rushmore was inspiring and Black Hills so beautiful,

Our experience was great. Our tourist guide, Bailey, was the best. She gave us lots of information regarding the tour. We will definitely recommend her . We loved Rapid City. Hopefully we will come back soon

This was an excellent full day tour which included areas we would have not known about like Iron Mountain. There was plenty of time allotted for each stop. Our guide, Bruce, was entertaining and informative. His driving skills were superb.
