The guide, Kristopher, was very personable and helpful and funny. Made us feel at ease. It was a really good sport, he showed up in 20 degree weather to guide us. Very knowledgeable about Chattanooga and history.

Was traveling from 21/2 hours away, unaware of time zone change and was texted 2 hours prior to arrival time that arrival time was eastern. Texted them back that we were unaware of time zone change and was told no worries we would start when we arrived….we were the only 2 signed up for the tour…..after driving another 11/2 hours was texted that the late time would not work because others had joined the tour.I asked for a refund and was told by general manager Kevin that it was my fault that I was not aware of the time change because of poor planning. He then stated he would refund me my money only to call back a couple hours later to tell me he would not be issuing a refund that he only told me that because his other tour participants had arrived. We would have turned around and e scheduled tour if he has stated that late start was not an option when we spoke earlier

Highly recommended both from a historical education and family fun standpoint! Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and fun guy. We were noobies but felt safe under Kevin's guidance. My 16 year old son had a blast!

We have been wanting to do a Segway tour for some time, and this experience did not disappoint! Riding the Segway was a blast and not hard to learn. Kevin, our guide, was terrific. Very knowledgeable about Chattanooga and its history, but also very entertaining and fun to be around. We will definitely do this again on our next Chattanooga visit. Highly recommend!

Don’t visit Chattanooga without taking this historic downtown Segway tour! Kevin is a knowledgeable and adventurous guide. He is so personable and fun- my 2 teenagers had a blast! The scenery is beautiful and unique. The Segways are easy to master but challenging enough to keep my kids engaged. We will do this again- it was an experience we will always remember. I’m so glad I booked this activity!

Kevin was a fantastic tour guide. Two of us had never ridden a Segway and he took all the time necessary to make sure we could ride safely. Once we were off and running, we had a blast. The Segways were very fun to ride. Kevin gave an entertaining and informative tour that brought Chattanooga’s downtown and riverfront area to life and provided lots of new ideas for additional activities while we are in town. He was very attentive to our safety throughout. A terrific activity and a very good value!

Loved touring downtown Chattanooga with Kevin! We covered a lot of ground in our 2 hours and Kevin kept things fun, informative, and safe. We found great spots to come back and visit at our leisure. Will definitely be back!

We had a great Segway tour with Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and personable. It was me, my husband and 18 year old daughter. We had a blast! Riding the Segway’s was easy and we were able to cover a lot of the city on a two hour tour. This is the best way to see Chattanooga!

Great way to see and learn about the city. Kevin was a great guide, very knowledgeable and fun. We were all experienced riders, so we were able to traverse some more “advanced” areas of town. We loved zipping around Chattanooga!
