Was scheduled for a group of 4 of us. The payment went through and shortly after they called and canceled on the day of. I went through trip advisor and there is no way to get a hold of a human for a refund. The lady from the tour company said she would refund me, and let me know when. Never heard from her again and now won’t respond. I want my 108.00 back please.

We were actually the only two on the tour becuase of the time we booked it. It was early afternoon at 3. The later times were already full. But despite that the tour guide, Celina was professional and informative. I am very certain that even a packed tour would be the same experience but it was really cool being the only two on the bus. At each stop she would explain and point out some of the small details of each building and the story behind it all. Our ghost meter went off several times in the Strand area at two of the more active and spooky sightings which was also pretty cool! My only regret is not having any cash to tip with becuase she deserved a very good tip.

The staff at reception and our driver, Jim, were phenomenal. Friendly and attentive. My friend needed handicap accessibility and they provided that with an accessible bus with lift. The tour itself was….eh. You watch a video, which was a mix of distracting or informative. So mixed feelings there. The tours are all in the evening, which make viewing sites through heavily tinted windows iffy. There were at least 2 stops where it was just pitch black, no visual of the place being described. The driver was very skilled with routes and had to make a few alternate detours to get us to sites, due to construction. He was funny, too. Overall, if you want to relax and take a somewhat scenic drive of Galveston while listening to podcast recordings from “eyewitnesses” of ghostly sightings, then go for it. Just know this isn’t a paranormal activity level adventure. lol If I rated the value on the tour video it would be closer to a 3, but the staff and the scenic quality of ride boosted score to at least a 4.

Well first of all the store is awesome. Bought necklaces, bottle opener, snacks, cold drinks and have gone on two tours. The ghost tour and hurricane tour are detailed, show the horrors of both ghosts and hurricanes. I learned so much! David is a great guide and answered all of our questions!! Lots of history!

Loved it. The history was interesting and delivered well with a mix of family friendly jokes. I didn’t leave a believer, but a little less of a Ghost Skeptic!
