Mark Williams was very helpful and friendly and the children found him very funny. He gave us all the information we needed and we felt really prepared. It was a great tour and well worth getting a feel for the city in one swoop and then you can also use it then to hop on and off.

Audio was not synced with location of the bus. If you got on stop after number 1, too much delay to get back to where you started.

We had trouble finding our first bus but once we were on it was a very enjoyable way to see the city. The communication with the drivers could have been better, at one point our bus broke down and we were just sitting there waiting and unaware of what was happening. Another bus did come and we were on our way again. I would take another bus tour, overall we enjoyed being on top of the bus and seeing the city.

Company does not know much about tour they were rude. Would have loved real person talking. Music on headphone was awful

Wanda Bon the member of staff who sorted tickets was fab. Sorted free cycle Central Park also. She was so helpful and pleasant

Tree ere was so much traffic that it made the trip very slow. And because of the cold we couldn’t go to the top of the bus, so visibility was poor. Not worth the money

Convenient way to see Uptown and Downtown sights that are too far to walk and if you don’t want to take subway. Marked bus stops on street which was nice but you have to listen to commentary to know what stop coming up. Ticket validated at Battery Park for 24 hours, wish we would have known, I thought it was for the one day and already had plans following day. Top deck often full but easy to get seat on lower deck. Wanted to circle back to our hotel near Empire State Building from Downtown, made sure to head back well before closing but for some reason driver kicked everyone off before Times Square so had to walk 20 minutes back to hotel.

Took both Red line and Blue line, sat on top but very, very cold. Wish there was a shield from the wind up top.
