The scenery once you get to the top is breathtaking. I wanted to go there specifically for dining, I couldn't find a table next to the window despite seeing 7 empty tables. we went and sat by the bar and I was surprised to see the chair seats all ripped and destroyed. What really upset me is that we sat for almost 90 min and all tables by the window were empty up until 10 min before our departure. overall, it's very pricy, cocktails are so light. If you are going for scenery and dining make sure you make a reservation.

We were standing in line waiting to go up. The security guard came to the line and told us that the elevators were shutting down due to winds. We could get a refund or reschedule. We could not reschedule and opted for refund. They would not refund due to purchasing tickets through TripAdvisor. Contacted TripAdvisor who told us we had to have canceled 24 hours prior to get refund. TripAdvisor should give refund.

The observatory and views are breathtaking and well worth the price of admission. We were disappointed in the restaurant up there, it is little more than a bistro and that is on top of them already having a bistro up there.

Incredible views, even on a partly cloudy day. A bit more commercialized than I expected with almost everything costing extra.

I took my elderly grandmother and we had a great time. They will not let you in early. So, be on time. There is no where inside to sit and wait. Only downfall. The actual experience is very cool. They have these iPads you can use to identify buildings but I just used google.

The security folks downstairs were very helpful and friendly but the staff trying to sell the ipad experience at the top were very rude when we tried to use the elevator. They asked us to put the stroller on the escalator in order to wait in their line so they could give us their pitch.

Priority entry with 15 dollars each which can be used in the shop or restaurant.2 nd visit and great views,very busy and not a lot of seating.we planned on visiting the 911 museum but the tickets sold out in the morning so get their early or purchase online

Was cool to see from so high up but definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It's an expensive ticket just to be cramped into a room with too many people and nothing cool but 360 windows. They should really work on making it a better and funner experience.

Breathtaking views of nyc and the building of nyc as you ride the elevator up is wonderful. Covid precautions taken and everyone was respectful. Souvenir store area offered great choices.
