  The most amazing friendly staff! My kids love coming here. Clean, lots to do, rides, both lego sizes as toddler area.

  My kids (9&5) had fun here but my husband and I were a little disappointed with how small it was. It was fun, but not $25 a person fun. Plus the thing our kids liked the most was the play structure, and you can find cool play structures elsewhere for much less money. It was the most expensive thing we did on vacation and with places like COSI and the Columbus Zoo as well as so many amazing metro parks in the area, I doubt we will visit again. We love LEGO but this was underwhelming for us. All the staff was super friendly and helpful and we had no issues with our visit, it was just not as cool as we thought it would be.

  Maxx, the master builder at this discovery center, made our trip totally worth it! He was so knowledgeable about Legos and easy to talk to and able to answer all my children's questions! Keeping in mind that the discovery center is more focused on building, the trip was fun. We planned on half a day to all day, but was finished after about 2 hours. Don't forget your minifigures to trade with the employees!

  I am a big kid at heart but this had very little for anyone above the age of 5. Seriously disappointed and do not recommend for anyone with older children. It was crowded and there seemed to be like 3 people total working only one at the front and despite prepurchasing tickets online we had to wait in a line of about 20 people.

  My daughter and my granddaughter, who is 6, and I visited Legoland on Monday, June 28th. We loved it! The tiimed tickets are great , so there isn't a crowd. She loved the rides, the movie and the climbing set. She did have the bigger package and built a lego to take home. No need for adults to get this. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. I am sure we will be back!

  It was awesome ,my 3children loved everything about Lego Land the workers were multitasking on all areas and made sure we were enjoying ourselves .Matt went above and beyond he set on ride with my toddler to accommodate because I was on the ride with my other toddler.Matt also was over activity time which two of my children joined and was excited they had build a lego model.Dalon was awesome he was multitasking as well still able to accommodate in a timely manner between one of the rides and the movies Speaking of movies you have plenty time to see all four movies while visiting that the 4d made it even fun.at a point time my youngest tried to escape Matt came to my rescue and radio everyone and the awesome woman at the admissions had caught him made him feel comfortable till we came up we all laughed it off and I promise I cannot thank them all so much for the experience yes my review was long but I had read reviews before I drove 2hours to get to Lego land and I didn't listen to the reviews glad I didn't I was assisted plenty times especially for me to know names except I appoligize for not remembering the young lady admissions . Check it out everyone my kids are 3,4,9 and it was the perfect move.

  Ordered tickets in advance, with the activity packs. Got there to find out they sold out of the activity packs before we got there, “refunded” our money (been almost 2 weeks haven’t received it) was crowded so the kids didn’t get to do much of the activities. Went to the store afterwards kids were cranky after being in line for over an hour. Was double charged for an item and didn’t realize it until I got home (well over an hour away) called, phones disconnected, got ahold through email.. can’t refund me because employee didn’t do his job with giving me my card slip, just receipt for items. Asked how they’d make it right.. talked about sending the item they charged me twice for (been a week to no reply) if your in for a waste of $30 a ticket for a mediocre experience and customer service who don’t care, have at it.

  Amazing experience for young children I would say 10 and under. I took my 5 year old and he loved it. It was cheaper for me to buy tickets from trip advisor rather than purchasing from Legoland. There wasn’t much staff around and there needed to be better direction on the route to travel once inside. Overall it was a great experience. My son love it!

  My son really enjoyed this trip. His favorite things were making a Lego craft with the builder and the interactive football game. We went on a day that wasn't overly busy and he played the football game for at least an hour. No one came to play it that whole time. We watched the movie (spoiler** you get wet), rode the rides and spent some time building. It is definitely overpriced, but he did enjoy himself. I'm not sure I'd recommend going as a must see or if we would even go again, but as a new experience it is something to do on a rainy or cold day.

  RUN!! Dont walk to the GREATEST MOST FUN experience in Ohio!!!! So family friendly, the staff reminds me of Disneyland how polite they are!! As a grandmother to a six year old I couldn't have asked for more!!! What a magical place for all!!
