Trapped Below Escape Game can accommodate up to 8 challengers at once. Each team will be given 1 hour to unfold the story and escape in time!

Worker (Rae) was great at explaining and being attentive to us as a group. Be aware that the room is VERY dark and you are given limited light. Maybe I missed it in the description? I understand it is part of being "trapped below" and adds to the theme but it was a bit frustrating. I have done one room before at a different location that was a blast and plan to do more in the future, I just wouldn't suggest this exact one for your first time!

We did this as a team building event for our military unit. We had a blast (pun intended) haha. Highly recommend going. Thank you Rae and Garrick for the fun times

We had a very enjoyable time. It was our first time and everything was explained very well. The people operating it did a good job of answering our questions without giving too much away. Very good experience.

On a wim, we booked an 11:45 pm on a Saturday night . When We arrived, the staff was masked, and it was was very sanitized. We signed waivers & we were Given a full explanation as to what we were in store for. ...We'd never done anything like this before! it was 3 of us. Very professional staff very very different experience. We will definitelybe back. We totally failed.. It's a lot of fun. It didn't even seem like it was one hour.

We loved our experience! The only very minor thing was our tour guide in the beginning talked really fast and it was hard to understand everything she said. However, it was still so much fun and we WILL go again:)

Great atmosphere and good thinking skills needed. Wife and I did this on a date. While we did not solve the puzzle and needed a few clues here and there, it was loads of fun. theming was excellent and puzzles clever. Employees were very nice and helpful. Place was clean and organized and ready for our time slot.

Escape room was challenging and very immersive. We had a great time trying to escape. The staff was very helpful and gave just enough clues to keep us going.

We planned a spring break trip to San Antonio. This was the first thing we checked off her list. This was an option in our Go City Pass. The staff was very helping in helping us reserve our spots. Due to Covid the staff had protocols in place so that we were the only people in our party. Joey was our host. He was very helpful and ensured we had a great experience. It was our first time going to an escape room and we loved it. I would totally recommend them if you are in the area.

We went not knowing what to expect and had a lot of fun. There are several games/rooms to choose from we played Trapped Below. A lot of times when you try new experiences you feel likely was a waste of money. This was really fun w/o being so easy that you feel like you wasted your money. You really have to use your brain and use the items to figure out the puzzle. The place itself was very clean and the people were super nice!!!!!!
