  Better instructions! Didn't see anyone to talk to. How do you activate the tour when all the doors are locked up by 6, even though the receipt states a 24 hour window. No organization here.

  Had a lovely walk around Flagstaff. Stopped at a great coffee house Had a great cup of hot chocolate. Jacqueline

  Although the local tour guide tried really hard to assist via texting, very difficult to download the program to my current IPhone....finally succeeded, but when we left the visitor center, the content was “not supported” and would not play. We got a book from the visitor center, went across the street to Collins’ Irish Pub, had a beer, and read some of the book....a good save for the day, but as far as the fee for the tour, a total waste. Today we are at the Grand Canyon, and the audio is working fine....go figure!

  My friend and I should have had earphones, but we could view the tour again at home on our computers and enlarge photos which were difficult to see with sun on our cell phone screens.
